    I may have messed up the L/R metal thingy, though I was real careful to take apart/reassemble the same way :notsure:

    I'll do the other one Sunday and pay more attention to that part..

    The ones sold at Costco (under Goodyear or Michelin brand) are not that complicated, they replace the entire blade assembly when change, the arm is the only part remaining from the old wiper. Took me couple minutes to complete one.

    I've replaced wiper inserts once or twice.

    Most times I'm willing to go to some extra trouble to save a few bucks.
    This is not one of those times.





    It's funny this subject came up just now.
    I replaced my wipers yesterday with these:
