    Nah! Stay moving! Walking is great for everyone! Many years ago *someone* arbitrarily said that you must walk 10k steps a day to lower all-cause and cardiovascular death. Ever since, people have been far too focused on that 10K number. Eating well is still part of the equation. Ive known folks who would go walk around the block at 10pm if they were about to go to bed and miss their steps goal o_O
