Happy 70° afternoon! Hell yeah!!

Dundalk and Essex.. They are across from each other on the Middle River, they each blame the other for ownership of the shit plant and aroma that it causes. Those 2 towns used to be decent blue collar neighborhoods when I was growing up. Now they are ( for the most part) impoverished shitholes.

Ha! It made me think of this episode of Heavy D Sparks.

Push/pull is definitely a valid option if the had a D9 on hand… but these morons told my dispatch they had equipment, and by that we learned it was a little ass bobcat. Not quite what I’d call equipment.

 

Depends if there’s an inspector on site… 1.5 hours from time I get loaded at yard for them. I offloaded this after 3hrs 15min… Not Good!!

 

I beat the hell outa that hill… and my truck for that matter. To the point I had to stop before I snapped an axle and then had serious issues.

Morning Taco mafia!

So out running this morning, had to pick up couple 73 Series marine batteries for buddies trolling motor upgrade we are installing today. His last system was 12v, so I’m gonna jump these and switch him over to 24v system.

In my travels I passed Koons Toyota (crooked ass dealership, I know) and they had this beauty that caught my eye… Not saying I’m gonna buy anything bigger, but I’m always open to the possibility! @Mickey65 you'll appreciate the neon beauty!!



I paid $37k for my Taco. I’m sure I can get about $30-33k for my truck (21k miles) as a trade, owe about $15k, and believe this was $72k… so by my math, it would be basically like simply starting my payments over. Not sure my wife is as understanding of math as I am though! Just a thought…

 

That rig is a beauty but $72K for a new truck…dealerships have lost their minds lol

The other day I saw a Ram 2500 with a Cummins for sale online, it had 301K miles and they were asking $25K. Absolutely insane lol

I’m so thankful I paid such a reasonable amount for my truck. I couldn’t afford a new one these days.

 

Consumers have lost their minds - that's the issue. We keep participating.

That tundra is cool, but god, I wish Toyota wouldn't have given it a gaping-whale-shark-mouth front end. They ruined that truck style-wise.

wow. I mean I get it being close to new price because it only has 5K miles. Just that price overall is nuts.

 

Truck prices are crazy! I'm trying my best to keep my old Tacoma goin for many years.

I guess it works both ways though because every time I look at the carfax report for my truck, it still says it’s worth more now than when I bought it new. And I’m passed 50K miles already
