It's been a while since I did anything to the Taco, but got new tires put on. Switch from BFG KO2s to Falken Wildpeak A/T3s

 

Yeah, but I cropped it. Didn’t want to put their license plate out into the Yotaverse.

 

I've done that /285-70-16/ 2.0 profender external nitrogen cylinder

 

Started the chrome delete process (atleast on the exterior) with matt black overlays. Before/after photos.

 

Installed the REDARC Tow-Pro Liberty using the custom mount from @pgfitzgerald. I threw in a pic of his mount vs REDARCs. While both get the job done his IMO mounts more securely.

The red arc need a separate on/off switch. Pretty sure that thing just leaches juice.

 

Can’t be anything crazy! I helped my buddy install his last year and he just came back from an 8 month deployment only to find he had a cracked windshield and he forgot to disconnect his battery. Called me to say he might need a jump only for it to fire right up while still on the phone! So if there’s a parasitic draw it’s negligible.

 

I never had a problem, but I do have two agm batteries, and a solar panel on the hood.

Until then I’ll just make sure to start my truck every couple days when running a fridge in the warmer months!

 

Yeah. I didn’t really plan on the whole 2 battery, solar panel, fridge set up. It just sorta happened. It is nice when I get a chance to use it

 

Yeah! Having a fridge in the truck was a game changer. It was a mainstay when I was in SoCal but over on the East Coast where they have this mysterious thing called “Winter” I can free up the bed space and take the load off my battery.
