I got these 5160s like 8 years ago and just sat in storage. When I got my kings for the front I could of just used the 5160 but said screw it I'll get matching kings for the rear. I'm not big on selling things. I feel more comfortable giving things away I'll never use.

I also I have the stock fronts. But I wouldn't recommend them to you they were so soft some people couldn't believe that they came like that from factory. My truck is just the base model.

When I got my tacoma I didn't really know shit about trucks. I came from the euro world. Had two vw jettas before the truck. I seen a tech for toyota while doing a windshield at a dealership abet his was long traveled out with glass flares and that got my wheels turning in my head. That techs tacoma looked so cool. So about a month after seeing that techs truck I sold my vw a bought my tacoma, I didn't know about the different trim models and what they all came with. My last 2 vw jettas were silver and that dealership had a silver 4dr short bed auto on the lot base model. So I bought the first 1 I seen. Bought it Jan 2012 with 1.9m on the clock.
I did own 1 truck before years ago was a 99 Ford f150 2 wheel drive. But I lived down in Florida when I owned the truck so never needed 4x4.

I had to do the same thing when replacing my lca's a couple years ago. I went with Taco Tabs instead of the original camber cams and bolts. Way stronger, no chance of the lca's getting knocked out of alignment with them.

Happy Saturday All. Got to wash and put an extra coat of wax on the truck. just in time for rain tomorrow.
Installed a new locking cover for the passenger side, behind the seat storage area. Billed for a Gen 3, but still fit the Gen 2.

Replaced a broken switch, so now my ditch lights work.

Mine is coming back apart when I borrow a welder from work in the spring to weld in new alignment brackets, so I'll make the determination then.

It really only takes like 15mins to pop an LCA off if you don't have to sawzall it out.

    Morning PA :hattip:

It's still raining pretty good around these parts. Combine that with the snow melt this week, it's pretty soggy. Almost got stuck in the field behind my house driving around to the hill to unload a free snowblower I got :anonymous:

It seems my water migration efforts are working for now. Basement did smell a little damp, so I just turned the fan up on the dehumidifier/radon filter.

I'm honestly just glad we're getting some form of moisture! The summer was brutally dry and not good for the well. Gonna be really interesting when we have 3 people using water here instead of 2. The cistern tank already filled up, so there's plenty of truck washing and irrigation water there.

I want to get that blower going real soon. Figure it's the perfect time to sell it. People already been through 3 "storms".
