Would not want to be on the receiving end of that big gun, that's for sure! I love how the Russians are laughing at the end of the video.

I like on the OP video, the Pirate that was laying down with his leg shot, lied to the Russian Commandos saying it was a fishing boat while they were taking Ak-47s out of the cabin. The only part i could understand was "What the fuck is that? "What the fuck is that? you lied to me this is not a fishing boat" made me lolz.

I bet as soon as those pirates heard Russian... they were were like "Ah, Damn it, I wish it were the Americans." Because they immediately knew they were screwed

I am going to speak up in the other direction. I think it is a reasonable assumption that at least one person who was shot, blown-up, or drowned was:

    -A kid.
    -Forced to join the mission.
-Deceived regarding the purpose of the mission.
    -Never taking up arms.

If the court system is broken, we should fix it, so that guilty people are given appropriate punishment in a timeley manner.

I don't feel that every Somali there was guilty of crimes sufficent to be given the death penalty.

I am sure I will get lots of counter opinions from people here, and that cool.

I would just advocate "beefing up" the courts before we go back to the 18th century.

I see no proof that they blew up the ship with people handcuffed to it. You see prisoners on the deck in daylight, then later you see prisoners handcuffed in much lower light while the Russians inspect weapons laid out on a sheet. Then there's a cutaway where you see the ship blowing up at a distance. But again, I see no proof that they blew up the ship with people handcuffed to it.

That is EXACTLY the rationale bin Laden used for 9/11, brother. And by that rationale, we're all guilty of something. So now who throws the first stone?
