So the operation went without snafus.

Yes, New England winters are brutal to vehicles.

Drivers side was in sadder condition as compared to the passenger. I had one pad that could’ve been rejected.

I did the slotted rotors and Powerstop calipers a few years ago. The calipers froze after one winter so I switched out to Yota calipers and pads and kept the slotted until now.

I think the D side rotor warped a bit when the caliper froze. I had a tolerable brake induced shimmy for a bit that eventually cleared and I’m hoping that’s the culprit with the pads being worn so much more than the P side

Today, all calipers compressed nicely. The pins on the D side needed a lot more work to get out. The P side was close to being just a pull with the pilers.

I used the hard rubber mallet technique to get the rotors off, couldn’t find a bolt that fit.

I finally splurged on a HF mechanics seat with a tray underneath The back feels so much better!!

The worst part is always the caliper bolts for me when changing out rotors. I have a huge mental block on which way for righty tighty, lefty loosy. Something about it being reversed messes me up. Today I was very deliberate.

Pro tip: use a lenght of Romex to hang the caliper when your getting the rotor off.

One last point, those double hinged needle nose are my go to for pad manipulation. More umph and they fit in the pad holes perfectly.
