Can’t be anything crazy! I helped my buddy install his last year and he just came back from an 8 month deployment only to find he had a cracked windshield and he forgot to disconnect his battery. Called me to say he might need a jump only for it to fire right up while still on the phone! So if there’s a parasitic draw it’s negligible.

I never had a problem, but I do have two agm batteries, and a solar panel on the hood.

    Nice… “This is the way!”
I’ll get there one day… Maybe!
Until then I’ll just make sure to start my truck every couple days when running a fridge in the warmer months!

Yeah. I didn’t really plan on the whole 2 battery, solar panel, fridge set up. It just sorta happened. It is nice when I get a chance to use it

Yeah! Having a fridge in the truck was a game changer. It was a mainstay when I was in SoCal but over on the East Coast where they have this mysterious thing called “Winter” I can free up the bed space and take the load off my battery.

I headed up in the mountains a couple of winters ago and got really confused as to what cooler/fridge I should take.

I have mine set up to turn on when headlights are on.

This guy explains how-to power them with DRLs on. Starts at 4:15

That’s an awesome rig!! From everything I read about both tires, that will be a big upgrade in wet weather and snow.

Also, PSA in case anyone doesn’t know: The Wildpeak AT4W’s are available.

Looks better. My brother did that with his Tacoma too. I’m thinking about debadging mine for a cleaner look.

I just installed the oem remote tailgate lock on my Tacoma today. Securing the harness as it passes by the muffler was a PIA. Now it’s the way it should have came standard.

Added 85 lbs to my Tacoma. Tractor Supply Company stall mat, 4'x6'x3/4". Used an anglefinder, knee-pads, leveling-square to keep long cut consistent, box cutter.

1 hour later and I saved $100 of the $150 Toyota would want.

Need to re-use cutouts to fill the last holes. I am moving next weekend and needed non-slip to move more-than-one box.

Slapped a spare metal plate that came with a phone mount into the square cavity and now my magsafe wallet stays out of the way.
