Thinking of buying a 4Runner. 3rd or 4th gen. Where is the best place to go for my research? Is there a good forum like this one? TIA

Technical research. There are a lot of show and tell on YouTube. Try “the care care nut”.

4runners.com is this site's 4R equivalent. Lots of crossover between here and there, including myself. It doesnt get as much traffic, especially in the off topic forums, but I've found it to be an equal forum in knowledge with equal or less bs. There is also a dot org one out there that might rival TW's size but I hate the interface so much I never joined
