I fell in a creek in Cherokee one morning it’s sorta like calisthenics especially on a morning when you’re snapping ice out of the eyes on the rod. We will have to come up with a name for that one and Weesa can add it to the workout. You are motivated to get up very quickly!!

I can tell a difference in my legs. And I believe the cold water makes a difference in my leg’s not swelling as much on these long rides. This last trip the weather was awful and there was no fishing. 2087 miles round trip go till the weather became too risky for the van stop and hang out in a motel. Repeat the following day and the following day no exercise to speak of the difference has me wondering if I need to go get checked out. I didn’t notice till I tried to put on my hiking shoes they were tight!!

Been getting my hair cut at a small barbershop for 30 years…longer than my two boys have been around. In fact, I brought them both in for their first haircut. Carl is a Navy vet who knows how to cut a mean flattop but he is a kid whisperer. Kelly brings a more stylistic approach and my oldest son had a crush on her. He would bring her candy and stuffed animals that were…up until this week…displayed on a shelf above her station. Kelly passed on Monday due to an aggressive resurgence of cancer. Rough day. She was like family.

Figured you would catch that one..hey hey hey, I'll be screwed blued and tattooed!

My grandpa lived to 94. Had a triple or quadruple bypass at 83, part of a lung removed just shy of 90. Both times the medical staff swore he was nowhere near his age. Used to walk up and down a bridge near his house daily regardless of the weather unless it was pouring or snow and ice. Drove until he was 93 too!

    Oh here's an earworm
