    Well the rain finally came yesterday. Once it got started we did get that 2-3” they were predicting, all in about 3 hours. I should have left my kayak out! All over now, blue sky and sunshine today and the rest of the week.

    Off to a wild start this Sunday morning.

    Dogs got up & after it poured rain here all night they wanted to get as muddy as possible before breakfast.
    Got them all their food, which is a ritual/chore/job in itself as a couple of them are special needs dogs.

    3 out of 4 dogs had a fit this morning & refused to eat. 2 of these will barf if they go too long without food.

    Poppy the English Bullydog (this is bossdog in the house) refused to eat. I tried Parm dust, broth on it.. she flat out refused what is already a special mix.

    Browser the other EBD refused his food because he wont eat if he doesn't see Poppy eat first.

    Lola the Basset wouldn't eat & she is usually a chow hound.

    Sam the 125lb Golden ate like the other dogs were nuts. He is the only easy one to feed.

    Then they all protested the walk & had to cut that off. Now all 4 are on the couch with me snoring.

    No clue what's up, its not like they work or have any real stress. Gonna give them a couple hours & then get the tug rope out & see if that snaps them out of it.

    Other than that, doing my pre packing & loading for a trip down to Georgia to do some digging for my best friend.
    Gonna take my mini EX down there & do all his drainage around his house, the shop & then drop a few trees.

    This is another speed trip as he has to work on both ends of my visit & I've got chores here on the mini farm.
    Its 9hrs down, then we will work for 2 days, then on day 4 will get up & do the 9hrs home.
    Gonna have the Super Duty humming thru the mountains with the Mini Ex behind her. Should be fun. We'll see what we break.

    It's all about the work for me. Working makes me happy & seat time on the Mini Ex is never bad............unless you break something.
