I took the passenger side LCA off today.

This is oddly fitting - I'll be running a 5k in April and need new shoes.

Anyways, back to truck parts. Sadly, part of my Meso total tail stage 1 kit has failed after a few years of use, so I'm back to (mostly) stock bulbs...booo. One of the reverse/turn signal switchback bulbs no longer functions.

If anyone knows where to get a replacement Meso switchback bulb, let me know. I'd love to get the Morimoto tail lights, but can't justify dropping $600 for them right now.

I can back in no problem. Pulling in forward is a crap shoot. I can also back up a trailer better than most.

We're going to talk about Stanley cups next. Then we'll have all of the topics covered. :D

Was just thinking: where's Carlos @McSpazatron been? Haven't seen him around much in the past few weeks.

He's been on 4runners.com recently. Maybe he stopped getting notifications on TW. :notsure:

4Runners has been a little crazy lately. For some reason half of the threads keep turning into dumpster fires. I've contributed to this on a few occasions. :anonymous:

It might be shocking to hear this, but I can actually be somewhat opinionated at times. :D

There have been some threads that were destined to be a shit-show from the very beginning. And, others that started out innocent enough, but opposing opinions lead to some pretty spicy debates.

Fortunately, most members have been respectful about everything. We argue our point of view without calling names or insulting each other. But, there's always someone who can't play nice.

Is .... Is she a lumberjack too?

Meso Customs has direct replacements, although they're never in stock....

The bulbs themselves are VLEDs. Might try their site with a part number. They also have V6 Triton switch back upgrades available for the MESO kits

    This is the internet.
People are going to talk about things you, me, we aren't always going to agree with and that's alright.
We all have the choice to engage or walk away.

I'm not sure if this is directed at me, but: yeah, this is the internet. I'm a grown up and I can handle being disagreed with and insulted.

However, people who go out of their way to be rude and disrespectful on the internet are assholes and cowards. And, their opinions lose all credibility when they feel the need to attack others on a personal level over a simple disagreement.

Was directed at all of us.
This all started with a stupid discussion about shoes.
There's a thread about area events. Nobody is talking about this event, though half a dozen are engaged in a shoe discussion.
2 people come in and tell everyone to talk about Wyalusing but have nothing to add about Wyalusing.
Then move on and let us talk about shoes..jeez
When I joined here Dennis went off on a rant about how there use to be good people here that left...I'm starting to see why.

Ya ought to come to one of our gatherings, then you'd realize we are simply having our typical, friendly banter, even if it sometimes comes off a bit odd.
The typical nuances that come from in-person interactions are missing on the 'net, so some conversations take on a different tone if you don't really know the person you are talking to.
I'd say about 90% of the people in this thread are regulars at our many outings :mudding:
    Cheers!
