JFC. I tried my hardest to not drive in Costa Roca at night, but reality happened and I had a solid 3 hours in the dark.

everyone seems to have the cheapest 1000000000000K blue-white flood lights mounted down low, pointed up, and drop in LED or Blue halogen bulbs and running brights the entire time here.

I seriously almost gave up to stop part way and just stay somewhere and miss out on the first nights reservation to not deal with my eyes being seated constantly on the 1.5 vehicle width roads.

so now I’m ok with being blinded around the front range because we least we have 12’ wide lanes and no ditches that resemble a crevasse.

I hope whoever made the claim on this truck got a really nice insurance payout. "Salvage title, primary damage hail, runs and drives" sounds like it's still a perfectly good truck, just with golf ball dimples (more aerodynamic?). None of the glass is even broken. Still looks like something that would go for $8-9k easy on Craigslist/Marketplace.

Today was a free roof inspection. Apparently there was a nasty hail storm last year. Didn't hit my house and the roof is only 5-6 years old. He made it sound like I was passing up a deal, almost ALL of my neighbors are apparently getting new roofs.
Good for them.

My favorite to date was last year, couple of college age kids, looking for funds to take a trip to Jamaica for a school project.
They showed up looking like they had just come from there, reeking of pot and bloodshot eyes.

Had a guy come by selling windows but wanted my house to be a marketing show house so he was offering 50%. All they would need to do was show them my xcel bill a year later, let them put up a sign in my yard for 60 days and show photos on their marketing outlets.
