I have a noise coming from the front end that sometimes sounds like a clunking or a clicking noise. I’ve heard stories of the front body mounts bushings being the issue so I changed both them out, but the noise is still there, any idea what it could be?

Check your brake pads. Pull them clean back of them, along with shims. Apply new brake grease on back of pads and shims. Also pins, the factory brake grease gums/dries up and causes click/clunk.

My upper control arm bushings (at the mounting point to the frame) make a clunking noise occasionally. Thought it was worn upper ball joints at first. That might be worth checking on yours.

It’s strange because I feel no vibration or anything when driving. It drives normal and smooth on the street but when it comes to a dip or bump I hear that clunk.

Could be your strut bushings. I had a clunk going out of my driveway and the lower front bushings were done for. New shocks and the noise is gone.

I heard a metallic clinking recently from my front end also. Speed bumps, sharp turns, or accelerating just like you described. I thought it could've been bushings, body mounts, loose part hanging down, etc - sounded metal on metal.

I was stopped at a red light on a windy day and heard it. Turned out to be the flimsy front wheel-well fabric liners. It had come loose and the plastic body fastener still attached to the fabric was ramming into metal when it flapped.

Sounds dumb, but worth a check maybe. Drove me crazy for weeks and it was the most minor thing ever.
