Bed storage cubbies new 2023 TRD sport 4DrLB

This may be a really stupid question but I’m still scratching my head. My new (2023… just got it) truck doesn’t have the side storage cubby on the drivers side of the bed, the bigger one. It has the small one on the passenger side beside the AC receptacle. It seems odd that they would not have it as my 2 Gen 2’s had. That’s where I put my straps & bungees. I’d have to say that my biggest surprise with the new truck is the lack of storage in the cab and now in the bed. I was just wondering if this was normal for the Gen 3’s. Seems bizzare.

 

Yes they are missing this from factory, you can cut and install your own with OEM part

Any idea the part number. Kind of a stupid omission I’d have to say. I am liking the new truck though.
Also missing my 2014 though. lol

I know I have both sides on my 18, but looks like that was near the end of when they were included.
