She didn't get sick but she wasn't happy that I "wasted a day she could have spent at the beach".

Did a little hack fab work yesterday to make some offset plates for some cable tray. Probably a little unnecessary, but they came out ok for using a portaband and a grinder. IMG_6284.jpg IMG_6285.jpg IMG_6286.jpg IMG_6288.jpg

    Nicely done! :101010:
Those "unnecessary" extras fall under the category of Taking Pride in Your Work, when you walk away you know you did it right. :)

I have seen many jobs where the different height trays just float next to each other with no plates.

From the "I can't really cook but I try" department:

I made the homemade tomato soup tonight, did just a few tweaks to the recipe -- pretty dog-gone good! I impressed myself.

Picked up a new commuter car a couple of weeks ago. Needs some bossy work done so I ordered a new bumper for it last week. Showed up today. o_O Thankfully with a little heat from the heat gun it straightened right back out with no creases. IMG_5448.jpg

Same can’t be said for the quarter panel. :bananadead:IMG_5462.jpg
