It was worth a couple minutes of fun at least because I already knew I could get him riled up from last time

There was that one thread on mud some months back; guy was gonna sell his rig and wondering how much he should ask but said he couldn't get his lockers to engage.

Come to find out, he didn't even have lockers

Guy bought it "triple locked" and never confirmed until we all asked for pictures; no actuators on the front or rear diffs

    Big OOF

That scam is unfortunately kinda common, shitty practice. Some have gone to Japanese auction with just a switch so even the importers didn't know and paid for triple locked but had to see for unlocked money

On the next episode of Nick Online,
"Hey I my friend needs help changing his heater core and I read somewhere that it's a 8 hour job, but I don't think it is because I also read that a guy did it in 2 hours. Is this something I can do at my apartment?"

Stay tuned in for the shocking conclusion!

Sofias first favorite color was lavender, or pretty much anything in the pinkish/purple shade. I can't really remember what clued us into first other than she was always more drawn to lavender colored flowers and clothes, stuffies, etc

I mean there's not much to teach, the other guy seemed to think it was some real rocket appliances but really it's a few minutes of yanking bolts and screws with the rattle gun and a couple hoses to clamp :notsure:

I'd teach him how you can save some minutes by not doing unnecessary things like taking apart the AC or draining all the coolant though.

This one is supposedly stretching across the entire Pacific Ocean which is pretty gnarly, hence the week+ of rain. Thursday is supposed to be the hardest of it.

Seriously, we were at 78 today which is bullshit for January. Then Thursday it drops into the 50s. Perfect earthquake weather on top of the fact that we're already on an earthquake watch, could be a fun weekend

Yeah when you get drastic temp changes/swings, apparently the fault lines don't like it

Last real big one, the Northridge 94 quake was in early January after a similar weather event, was the first night my family and I had gotten to CA from Texas. We were staying in a hotel before the house was ready, about 10 miles from Northridge. That was one hell of a welcome

I've heard of this; importers bringing stuff in just to make some cash only to get fucked over themselves

It's a Cali thing, kind of like saying you're gonna "go down the 5, or up the 101" or going to "the snow"

    We're doomed :bananadead:
