Costco sells liquor for great prices here in CA. Every time I visit my sister in law in Utah, I make a "bootleg run" and take $400+ of Costco purchased liquor up with me.

Most grocery stores sell whiskey round here. In fact, my favorite rye whiskey is sold at our local grocery store for less than most places.
