The verdict is in! The bumpstops suck lol. Feel identical to stock if not even a tad worse.

So quick question I heard a rumor we get a discount with exit off road, is that true? Because I'm getting close to ordering my lift.

Maybe check in the vendor section, or PM Crikeymike. We buy enough stuff from them! :D

I think a few of the members have bought Dobs from them, so maybe you'll get a better answer from one of them.

I have a dilemma for you guys. So I want to get a sub and a new head unit for my '15 access cab. I have decided I am going with a kenwood DMX809s and then a 10" sub with a amp with the box. None of this is cheap but I want to upgrade my sound system because I have been wanting some bass in my music. I am only questioning weather I get a sub. My issue is I am such like an OEM+ person and I like stuff looking factory. The issue with the sub is id just have it sit on the back seat and it would have like a quick disconnect so if someone had to sit back there I could quickly remove it and throw it in the bed. I just am not 100% sold on it being in the back because it doesnt really have the factory look. But I really want bass at the same time. So I dont really know what to do, Id just like some feedback from you guys

I feel you about looking factory. Also having a sub box sitting on the seat is an invitation for a break in. A quick googling found this thread that references some other TW threads.

If you can't find something that fits in the back maybe mounting one under the passenger seat is an option.

You should be able to get decent bass by just upgrading the stock speakers,
my truck has aftermarket speakers & thumps pretty good with just the stock head unit, don't ask me whats in the doors cause I don't know, bought the truck used & they were there.

Now if you want to rattle the license plates thats a different kinda conversation.

Yeah I upgraded mine a couple months ago with some alpine speakers and they were definitely an improvement sound quality wise but they have less bass then the factory speakers. Now obviously thats kinda to be expected because thats not what they are made to do
