    Haha...not doing it...can't make me!
    4 Runner or Land Cruiser

I would choose Jeep in some cases, they are definatly capable vehicles. But...I have had the wierdest crap go wrong with them, crap that makes you and your off roading buddy just stop and look at each other when you figure out what.

If it was just for me, I'd be back in my old FJ40.

But since I need some extra seats and space, then my FZJ80 Land Cruiser that I already have.

Either way, it would be a cruiser if I wasn't driving the Tacoma.

98 or 99 boxy style cherokee classic. Good enough power to weight ratio to actually want an automatic, i would never buy a automatic 1st gen taco. Cheap, FAST! Shorter wheelbase and solid front axle = extremely tight turning circle. Really like the styling as well. 4.0 is very torquey, proven, and everything on the truck is easy and cheap to fix. My only big gripe is the shitty seat quality, can't be too hard to swap them out though.

If I didn't have a Tacoma, my next choice would be a 4Runner 4x4, followed by a TJ Rubicon or a JK.
