How to install a tailgate position indicator that uses the door ajar indicator light

If you have ever lost something due to leaving your tailgate down, this video might be useful. In comparison to some other techniques or after market approaches, this utilizes the existing door ajar indicator light. Now I have peace of mind going down the road.

I have used tacomaworld for several years. Hopefully this helps someone else, like tacomaworld has helped me. Sorry if someone else has already posted this method.
