Any of you guys who have Form Headlights have issues like this? When headlights are in Auto and on the amber light stays on solid and doesn't blink with the turn signal when used. Also if I can attach the video there seems to be an issue internal to the headlight. I sent an email back in Oct reporting a condensation issue with the same light to Form and they were quick to respond and took my info and serial numbers down incase of a problem maybe with a lot of specific ones. Now I have a headlight without a proper turn signal working. I reached out to them again yesterday morning and haven't heard back. 20240131_074218.jpg

    Word.

They're enough of a pain in the ass to install, that I wouldn't want to do it twice, and glad I learned from all the people (like OP) here, and paid the extra for the OEMs.

Good luck OP, hopefully you get a resolve for this.

@Lunartic did you resolve the problem?
I installed mine 10 days ago and they worked fine until today.

Do you get hyper flash on the rear signal with the side not working ?
Just curious if there is a way you could test without having to yank the whole headlight.

@cbouch001 Yes driver side hyperflashing or not working at all and not correct light pattern.

I’ve been looking online trying to see the back of the headlights. Do the forms have any sorta relay that is accessible?
I wish could be more help …
What happens when you leave lights off and run the hazards ?

    @cbouch001
I had them installed by the body shop after hitting a deer 3 weeks ago. I did not see the inital install. I went back over the wiring, it is the supplied harness and looked to be plugged in correctly. I did not look to see if it had resistors.
It worked perfectly from the 13th to today (that I know of, could be why I was getting strange looks on the road last week [I passed multiple LEOs though]) so ‍Im not sure.
I didn't have hyperflash then, nothing on dash signal until today.
I will have to check the hazards in a few... after the Packers game

I searched and found the back. Doesn’t look like relay or anything accessible.. but…. There are quite a few connectors there. I’d at least check all those connections make sure nothing is wonky, loose or wet.
Sorry man. Sucks when things go goofy.

@cbouch001 yeah that my next test tomorrow (re-plugging every in and checking the hazards function).
    Thanks for the help.
I'm sure Diode Dynamics or FORM will get back to me by Friday.

    Way late update
So they had me switch the headlight to the other side to see if it was the harness or the headlight.
New headlight was sent, they didn't want the defective one back.
Everything has been working properly for 5 or so weeks now.
