The dildo of consequence rarely comes lubed

Wonder what kind of 'reputation' the truck builder had to be given a truck, race parts, and a handful of cash up front

It was always a nightmare because 30-40mins away in CA means 2hrs+ at rush hour. He worked for the Ford dealer there and the porsche dealer.

Also I ordered the version of this with a solid side panel... should serve my purposes

Ooh that one looks good, reminds me of my fractal (but I didn't even go with a side window)

    Nice

Yeah I'm wanting to put my old parts into a case but I'm being really cheap about it (the Core 2 CPU with 9800 GTX+ lol)

Messaged a guy yesterday about his Corsair 500R case, just need to make sure he has all his stand-offs and screws and shit; yeah I can buy one of those box kits with extras but I'm trying to minimize expense fully

    You got a PSU already?

Yeah I'm reusing my Corsair 850w from 2013. It's a rebadged Seasonic and is 80+ platinum rated.

    its grown on me...

Bourbon, Breweries (lol everyone has these), Horse Racing(also everywhere but bigger here), Car Racing (Corvettes af), a relatively big National forest area, medium city life.

Then there's the boonies and the hilltowns, its a bit like if you took all the homeless/meth out of Seattle or Portland and put them all out in their own little town surviving off a dollar general and catalytic converters that sounds liek the impression you guys have lol.

and in between there's surprisingly little suburban sprawl

My brother wants out of there, weather be damned haha I don't mind the weather here, the daylight kills me, but that wouldn't change much running south. You and me align on the Midwest, what a dump. I actually considered relocating with recent events but I couldn't find anywhere I would rather live at this stage in life.

AZ felt consistent on daylight, that might be the one thing I appreciated about living there.

yeah the divisive urban planning is extremely prevalent still.

I would happily move to greater Seattle area, just don't know how to afford it.

I would make at best as much as I make here, the plan for a little while has been to buy/build all the cool shit I want to own, then move somewhere more fun to use it

I don't mind the weather in many other places either; I just happen to be invested out here lol otherwise I wouldn't be opposed to having lived in another state

After my last break-up, selling the house was a thought that occurred but here I am now (glad I never left)

The Midwest just SUCKS though, and I'd like to believe many people out there are just "stuck" and don't know better (or anything else)

I liked Kentucky when I was there. The Daniel Boone Scenic Byway looked awesome, although we didn’t have time to do any trails.

I live just down the road from the Santa Anita horse racetrack out here in CA...it's pretty wild all the horses they've had die there in recent years.

My parents and grandparents live in the Seattle metro area and I grew up right smack dab in the middle of Seattle and Bellevue on Mercer Island... I like visiting but I've had enough of it. It's too expensive to live there and you don't get any more freedom afforded to you from being there. I enjoy not having a rush hour here, I still have all the benefits of a large city but a lot of the negatives aren't here. Plus 15mins in any direction and I'm in the rural area again.

The stereotype must be strong out there; bunch of boomers meeting at Cracker Barrel with their Vettes all lined up?

I mean, they only have so many handicap parking spots available
