Did a solo run up to Pillsbury a couple weeks ago. Storm cleared on Sunday morning and drove up Hull Mt for an absolutely EPIC sunrise. Great trip!

This last weekend I ran the Con with my buddy in a sweet second gen. Made it almost to Ellis Creek before I ripped off my front skid and took out my radiator. Kenetic roped it all the way back too Loon! Amazing trip. The perfect conditions to get a Taco on 32's that far LOL. Been busy this year so just getting around to posting some pics. Only video I got. Almost the whole trail was like this... https://youtu.be/mGaJtDzGBV4?si=3tRVUk2PTaBLbp3-

All Good man. We were pushing it hard. Shit breaks, be prepared, get it out, take a pic, crack a brew at camp and build it stronger!

Any good day trip ideas for NorCal? I'm in Sac area and was thinking of going up to the redwood forest area.

I'll have a passenger princess with me so I'm keeping that in mind.

Last weekend I went up Forest Hill road to Robinsons flat, then turned up Soda Springs Rd all the way to 80.

    Was a nice trip

I love forest hill. Back when I work at hummer of Sacramento we would take potential customers up there to see how well the Hummer did. Or to Prairie city

Yeah it's great. If you turn right at Robinsons flat you can cruise over to hell hole or French meadows (I think?).

    Rubicon starts around there.

Fun area to explore around, and everyone I have encountered was friendly.

Oh I'm 99% sure it is, as I've driven it. I just couldn't remember the reservoir names.
