All the states I posted have had dealers post the trucks that have arrived and that they are for sale. The links have been posted over several threads. The one that was in IN has the new owner in possession of it right now.

I just looked. There are about 14 on the ground, each less than 5 days, in the Cincinnati region. They will start showing up everywhere in the next week or two.

A lot of manufacturers charge for them now. Good thing I suppose if you’re going to be putting weather techs or something else in and order a vehicle without them

I have never seen a manufacturer charge extra for carpet floor mats. GST is charging you $275 for carpeted floor mats (which SHOULD already be included) and which is more than what Toyota charges for the all-weather mats.

So you're saying all Tacomas without this option has no floor mats?

Was going to say the same thing. Lots of manufacturers realized they can charge for them. They've gotten away with it for a long time so now it's normal.

Also agree on ordering without them. Get weathertech for a truck.

I never said Tacomas aren’t coming with floor mats. Simply said some manufacturers aren’t including them anymore and instead charge for them as an add on. It saves them money, saves weight, and saves from some people tossing them when they buy better replacements. I worked 10 years as an accessory tech in the dealerships and I can recall a few times seeing and hearing new cars that they weren’t standard in. Just like how a lot of cars no longer have spare tires or jacks. Some now only include a small 12v air pump, other nothing at all. They are always looking for ways to save money and shed weight.

My 2017 OR came with a set. I just looked in a 2023 brochure and didn’t see anything that says they are standard or optional. 2024 couldn’t tell you. But I highly doubt they are charging $300 for a set if they are already included.

Agreed. Not sure anything on the listing about them. So assuming you’re just seeing them in the picture and assuming they are included. Without seeing the window sticker, they could still be a dealer or port add on

The one at Toyota of Kent, there is a button on the listing you can click to see the window sticker. No port options on the sticker.

agreed....I still find it funny that for a truck/car guy he made the mistake of not checking specs before he bought the Trailboss.

You'd think a truck that wasn't a total base model would have cruise control, but hey... the Colorados don't even have a physical headlight switch either.
