I don't even know where to start with this one, hot damn. I can't fathom forking over that much money to a stranger to let them basically have their way with my truck, even if I knew they were legit.

This is the second home I've gone to sell where buyers are out of their godamn minds of what they want after a home inspection. Like they want a whole new roof... Nope.

 

They want a 30k concession you mean... I'd let them know that they can fuck right off. I mean use realtor speak to do it, something like, "well perhaps this home isn't quite right for you then"

I said $2500 off, MAX. We know they have the money, the cash off, funds were verified.

 

I just dropped 4k on school, so that's decent

 

This reminds me of the people in B/S/T, marketplace, etc. that agree to buy an item at the listed price and then show up asking for a discount or suddenly they only brought $100 instead of $150.
