I noticed a little power loss going from the stock 30.6" tires to the new 31.6" tires. I can imagine that a regearing might be in order with 33's. It might be a TuRD without the proper gearing.

Get a tune before you decide to regear. I have skinny 33's on mine and noticed a slight power loss too until I got the OTT. Now it has even more pep in it's step than before.

I'm seriously considering these, how hard are they to install? I've already swapped out the side mirror turn signals

Be interested in hearing your thoughts on the difference between the Falken and the KO2s. I'm currently running Faulken's.

Same here. I've had mine since June and although we have had little snow this year, so far I like them, but am always interested in reviewing other brands.

I have a set of K02's on my F150. Got them in June 2021, same day I bought my WRX from the dealer that's how I remember lol. Put about 40k miles on them since I got them and they got over 50% life left still, look awesome. I heard they get worse as they get down low, but haven't had any issues in the snow. On my Tacoma I went with the Toyo AT3, did tons of research and most people say they are better than the K02. I got both in E rating, I'm sure these E load AT3's will last me forever on my 2.7L Taco. Lots of people seem to like Falken but I don't like the look of them.

Utilize the mini fuse box under the dash not the engine bay. I think I used the 5a panel fuse, but can't remember exactly. My Auxbeam AR800 only turns on and operates when the headlights are on.

Also utilizing the 5a sft lock -acc and 10a IG1 NO2 with fuse taps for an arb twin. (ARB only works when truck is turned on)

edit: It was either the 5a panel fuse or the 5a sft lock -acc for the auxbeam

    Finished installing the Rigid SR-Q.

Had to build a harness with deutsch plugs as I’m running the light bar and SR-Q lights on the same switch. Also had to put a deutsch connector on the light bar as they sent it out stripped and with a butt connector……

Gives me some extra lighting out to the side.

I had the Tufskinz mudflaps on before with the tri color logo and 4x4 on them. Really liked them but front passenger side cracked between a couple bolts, and just a week ago went around the back side of the truck for whatever and noticed the passenger side rear was half missing.
Here we are legally supposed to have mudflaps on trucks that go past the rear axle. People get tickets for it. Based on how the Tufskinz ones only lasted me about a year I figured I would give the Rally Armor ones a shot. Used Rally Armor on my WRX, and on my Focus ST without any issues ever. These hybrid ones are kinda expensive but if they last its worth it. Hopefully with the softer bottom half they survive offroading which was the driver behind getting these.

I was just looking at mud flap options. I want something somewhat flexible that won’t crack off road. How flexible are these?

The upper portion is like a hard polyurethane, the bottom is a soft flappy rubber ply-blend material. Almost rubber like. can bend like 90 degrees to the rest of the mud flap no problem.

It will be a bit time consuming when inserting the wires thru the door rubber boots. I used some dish soap to fish the wires thru. Set some time aside so you won’t make any mistakes. Get some extra clips for the side mirrors and door panels in case you break or lose any. I did mine during warmer season so I didn’t break any of them. Also have some adult beverage while modding…cheers!

    Not the OP.
I suggest disconnecting the boot at the door. This will make manipulating the wire through it easier. Also, once you remove the small triangle covers on the doors, cover the 3 holes with electrical tape and then cut a small slit in them so the clip will fit through. This will help keep them from falling inward.
