If i put new 33 inch mud tires on my 2001 Tacoma with a 3 inch lift kit and spacers, will it still be necessary to do some trimming modifications to the fenders and wheel wells?

Remains to be seen I bought the tires and wheels the rest came along
All tires are not created equal for a given size .

Give a brand name a tire name someone might know.

If you have a full 3" of lift.

33s are likely going require some pinch weld modification, and depending on the wheel (backspacing and offset) might still rub on the frame.

More info on the tires and wheels would be helpful.
