    It was 58 deg here in Middle Tennessee today , warm enough to have the windows open . I spent most of the afternoon outside and it felt great

    Tomorrow it's supposed to be 65 deg !! , since it's going to be that warm I'm going start up the Camaro and let it idle for awhile in my driveway

    Good evening all,

    The medical procedure for Dad went well. No signs of cancer, but he needs to have a HoLEP procedure on the prostate, to be scheduled in April, according to the surgery scheduler.

    The Dr. told my Dad that after the HoLEP procedure, he will be able to pee like he's 18 yrs old again. Dad says Doc, I'm 80, I don't remember what it's like to do anything like an 18 yr old.

    Today I got a text from a friend asking about my neighbor’s place that she had seen for sale online. I texted and asked him about it for her. It’s not for sale! Someone had listed it for sale on Zillow using pictures from the old listing from when he bought it a few years ago.

    I wonder what the specific scam was.

    She probably needs to contact her mortgage company, IRS, and credit bureau’s ASAP. Or get lifelock and work with them. This is a real scam where the fake seller normally has all your information (ID, SSN, mortgage etc.) and then posts as if they are you and then sell it out from under you. It’s happening out West often.
