Wow, for $45k, this thing is absolutely loaded! With blank buttons. Everywhere you look.

Solid bones underneath, but pay close to $50k w/tax & fees to be reminded daily that you bought the TRD Dollar Tree edition? Nah.

I don't think you'll have to worry, there will be plenty available.

Start button is behind the screen past the steering wheels. Will have to see in person.

It's half an inch past the screen at most. If you can't reach it, you'll never be able to reach the A/C or defrost buttons. Or shifter.

Do you prefer it hidden behind the wheel like the Colorado and Ranger?

Or is there an Alfa Romeo in your future?

I really like the Giulia Quadrifoglio, but I’ve heard they are expensive maintenance nightmares.
    $9,000 brake jobs for example.

I like the new start/stop button position. After 6 years of ownership, I still press the 4wd dial trying to start/stop my truck occasionally.

Bring on our new eye level PTS overlords!

I actually like the Ford position the best. New Taco position is number 2 IMO. Or second best to phrase it better.

Mega disappointed by a few things, but the payload being only #1200 sucks. Toyota said the OR would have a #1700 Payload. Guessing only the TH will get that.

Seeing what a base OR goes for in 2024 vs. my base OR is interesting given the changes and decontenting that happened.

For sure, like they said it is probably some preproduction parts in the back though.
Could have even been an object locked inside that metal partition rattling around, they didn't have the key for it to check.

Doesn't worry me in the slightest though since I want the double cab.

For sure...although that is one of the common complains for the Tundra is rattles squeaks and general not very good assembly, so I guess we shall see with this new one.

The primary one I've seen is about the center console on the Tundra, it was the first thing I noticed in the initial YouTube videos.
Then when I was checking them out in person it does just feel super cheap, squeaky, and rattly.

The Tacoma gives me a sense of a higher quality fit and finish over a comparable Tundra from the initial vids. None of the double cab trucks had rattles

Sorry but until we actually get to sit in the truck it's hard to complain because maybe it just makes more sense . Right now sitting in my 21 I'm glad they moved the crawl control ...its in such a dumb spot

I kinda liked the idea of it in the headliner, feels like flipping switches in a cockpit.

I will gladly take the new knob location though and getting a sunglasses holder

Anyone notice that on the new TFL video that the start stop button was missing?

Just saw about the ignition button. I was referring to the auto start stop. I will go back and look.
