    I'm back for a second!
Interview and Dinner went fantastic the other night! Got an amazing offer and I start in two week!!!!!
Time to button up the collar and put on the leadership brain!! Going back to the office environment after spending the last 6 years in plants wearing FR clothes and steel toes!

    Thank you!!!!!

I cannot believe how everything went down!!!! I ended up having 12 interviews from Monday to Thursday. Absolutely exhausting. I had two offers come in yesterday and two come in today! One of the offers was lightyears ahead of all the others in every aspect and I don't have to worry about moving!

Congratulations and good luck to you and the family

    Good Morning everyone :hattip:

Side note, the Yota passed inspection, not a word on the window chip as @Tiedie predicted

Take ya a nap Phill that does sound exhausting getting prepped for all that. Congrats to you and yours. Not having to move is the best part.

At our gate in DFW. Three hour wait until we board.

Got up at 6 Maui time (10 central) so up for 21 so far. o_O

Also, with this being my first trip with noise canceling headphones, they are amazing. There were quite a few unhappy kids on the red eye.

Welcome back to the 48 :hattip:

Looks like you’re heading to some mild weather for the next few days. Should ease the shock a bit :D

We usually come back to a pile of snow (and some returned vacation days for campus being closed). I prefer this, instead!

Good morning guys, have a great weekend.

High winds and rain moving in tonight, right after I got leaves and sticks cleaned up

    Congratulations Phil!

So the previous owners of this camper tied a knot in the safety chains to shorten them. I’m gonna shorten the chains by cutting out 4 or 5 links and use a threaded quick link (3/8” or 1/2”) to reattach the chains to the camper. But my question is does a knot in the chain create a weak point?
