Posted another mpg thread, left after 5 minutes, hasn't been back for days or posted anywhere else.

    Do I smell a troll?

Get something else, tacomas aren’t efficient.

my 2.7 eco boost F150 gets 22 mpg all the time, and that’s with going uphill at 75 mph. It also had to get a trans rebuild at 70k under warranty. Pros and cons with everything

The lack of ethanol may contribute to as much as a 4% improvement in fuel economy, but 10%? Didn't happen.

Oh so at first you said it could not have any effect, now you’re saying up to 4% but no more. You don’t know “sick’em from come here” about it. I know what the simple basic mathematics told me after three tank fulls on all three of my rides.

I said your claims were false, and I stand by that. Like it or don't, believe it or not, something else factored into your calculations beyond the fuel.

    Haven’t seen these suggestions yet:
-try intermittent fasting to lose some lbs
-stop doing “the dolphin” with your arm out the window
-motor swap. Put in a hybrid
-connect a tow rope to a semi at the truck stop and hope they head the right direction
-replace your oil with water for less friction resistance
    -leave your wife (at home)
    -only drive downhill

LOL, an anecdotal report claiming 10% improvements in fuel economy with E0 is, well, anecdotal. You do understand the term, right?

The highest mileage my Tacoma had was with non ethanol... although, no were near enough to offset the higher cost.

Yeah, dollar/mile is a better metric unless you’re a “gasoline enthusiast” for whatever reason. Everyone has “their thing” I suppose, but being passionate about gasoline will never be mine lol.

Gas mileage interest peaks when fuel costs skyrocket. When it normally cost 80 bucks a week to run a vehicle and then jumps to 140 like last summer people tend to ask questions. All forgotten when prices drop.
