I got mine done, it wasn't "factory", and wasn't done at the dealership. It was done at a 3rd party place, and done very sloppy. It took me about a day w/ a clay bar to get it off the bottom of the truck's paint. Finally ended up using Stoner Xenit. Good shit! I bought it a long time ago to remove stickers, and it worked wonders on the rust preventor.

Yes, I would get it done again. They salt the roads here like they just got the shit for free. Ohh, and mine was $300.

I got the dealer-supplied undercoating on an earlier truck. I believe the dealership sent it out to Ziebart. The undercoating was only sketchily applied. IMHO it wasn't worth the price. On later trucks I ignored the dealer's offer and just took the truck straight to Ziebart to have it done right for about the same amount of money.

I had mine done at a local detailing shop. Very good quality and coverage. They got right in there and did every bolt ect. on the frame. cost $250 with cutwax, wax. Very happy with it. They did however get a bunch of overspray on the tranny, transfercase and motor, no biggie tho.

I got the same package as you from the dealer done at the dealer. Undercoating was done pretty good and the paint protection, cannot tell really. It just looked like some kind of wax they used and told me not to re-wax my truck for about 2 weeks until it settled in. This was my first time getting this done to any of my vehicles so I don't have much to compare.:(

I got mine done through the dealer but they sent it to Ziebart. The quality seems good but haven't had the truck long enough to see how well it works. My dealership also had an agreement with Ziebart that if any of the coating ever chips off then you bring it back to ziebart and they'll touch it up for free. They told me that's not something Ziebart normally does - but who knows for sure.
