We recently bought ours from Lowe’s and have no complaints, had them to delivery and install too.

Went out on a ride this morning, only pics I took was when I got off to walk this section and decided to turn around. It got pretty gnarly around that bend and I was riding solo.

I watched a bunch of youtube repairman videos and the general consensus is if you want bombproof you gotta buy commercial. Like laundromat brands. Short of that most guys tended to say they saw the least amount of failures with LG, so I went with LG.

It sings little happy songs to me even when it has to wash the jizz rag.:rofl::rofl:

I’ve heard Speed Queen is the shit, because that’s who makes the laundromat ones.

Gotta hand it to Brembo, that UV coating sure is pretty. Looks like a metallic powdercoat. And at least for the year or so I had it on the Taco, kept looking that way instead of flash rusting.

I've been eyeballing speed queen and Electrolux
Trying to justify the initial investment vs longevity

We’ve been very happy with our Electrolux, but we’ve only had them 8 months so can’t exactly comment on longevity.

We have Samsung as well, Top loader for the win without an agitator. Matching set with a great dryer. Believe we purchased through Spencers..? Picked them up from a wholesale building and installed myself

Their rotors are still pretty good but recently found their pads to suck now. Bought new pads for the truck and our GLK350 and they just sucked, both Semi-Metalic and Ceramic. Sent them all back to Rock Auto and ended up getting fresh stock pads for the Benz and about to order Akebono’s for the truck. The TRD pads have been discontinued unfortunately.

Made some friends on my ride too. The stare down was me debating if I should pull out my phone to take a pic or not, but I decided I wanted hands on bike to escape if needed.

I have a matching set of Samsungs from Costco and they were good for the first 6 years. This last year the washer has had all kinds of problems and now I'm wanting a Speed Queen. Nothing like a washer randomly dumping all the water on the floor for no obvious reason. It only occasionally does it, go figure.

We had GE at my last house they worked great for 11 years. Wish we would have kept them but my wife wanted new machines for the new house. The wash & dry cycles were both a lot quicker on the GE than the Samsungs.

It was beautiful this morning, I was comfortable in a long sleeve and hoody. If you ever make the trek, let me know. I’ve only ever explored boulders OHV since I’m pretty new to the area, but each time I go I discover new trails and cover 15-20 miles each time.

Sounds like Nitori’s unit might be a Size Queen.

Speed Queens forever. If looking for non-Speed Queen, I’d probably go whirlpool. We don’t buy appliances that are made by cell phone brands. I think there were a few warranty tiers for Speed Queen. Average being 5 years. Longest warranty I saw was 7 years IIRC.

That’s funny, you’re not the first person I’ve heard say that. Part of why we went Electrolux.

Consumer Reports has had good things to say about this new GE all-in-one. They claim it actually works and it runs on 120V. All my ADHD wants is to not have to move the laundry to the drier. I don’t know why it’s so hard but it is. Then I need a robot to fold the clothes. I am in fact just a grown ass child who hates doing laundry.

It’s funny how so many people just hate laundry, my wife included. I do all the laundry and put away what I can of hers, and she still drags her feet to put away her half a dozen shirts.

I had one of those washer dryer combo single unit machines many years ago. I felt like it never actually dried the clothes. It was always partially damp. It was nice to have a single machine and pretty compact. I think I bought it off one of the local army dudes that was moving for like $250. I sold it and got one of those tall stacked combo units made for apartments/closets. It was better suited for my needs.
