Still pretty early here too, I’d say 25-30 percent on the ground. I like going early to get out of the house, and to keep the squirrels from doing too much damage to them.

So when you go shed hunting, you just walk around in the woods looking for em, rite?

There are two nice wooded lots (just under 80 acres total) near me; I was gonna write the owner and see if I could get permission to go looking over there..

4 miles shed hunting is much different than 4 miles on the track.
    :fistbump:

    Great!!!! :):):)

Thats exactly what you do. I like to walk deer trails and bedding areas but you can find sheds anywhere a deer has been.
I've found like maybe 80-100 over the years, @buckhuntin-tacoma has found about 92 million.
    Show her some pics, Dennis.

    Here's a few of mine

Like Bob said you can find them anywhere. I like to look around food sources, bedding areas, creek crossings, where they jump fences and main trails in the woods.

I’ve sold about 300 to a local butcher shop over the past 3-4 years, he cuts them up and sells them for dog chews.
