[SOLD] Trail Toys Gas Tank Skid Plate

Description
This is a gas tank skid plate made by Trail Toys for the 05+ Tacoma DCLB. It’s a new at design that used high density, very strong plastic composite rather than a heavy steel plate which can add even more to the infamous “taco lean”. I bought this from someone as part of a package deal with some other parts but don’t see the need on my truck which only sees light off-roading.

Good condition except there is damage to one buckle. I reached out to Trail Toys and they can ship a replacement part. This damage happened when the buckle got jammed up in my leaf springs. I looked into it a little and it seems my problem was rare but not 100% unique and that, in general, this skid works best when combined with an aftermarket leaf pack rather than a stock one (like I have).

Bump, realized I still have this in the shed and I want it GONE. Just cut the price in half.

 

Would you know if this fits an extra cab long bed? I'd be interested, but cant find anything saying specifically no on their site.

 

Seems odd to me, but according to their website the DCSB and AC use the same skid and the DCLB uses a different skid. The one I'm selling is their DCLB version.
