Just called Hypertech and talked to their support. They emphasized to have the most up-to-date software and that using the regular old fashioned cruise control everything worked fine. The Adaptive cruise control it may not.

Good to know. I only use adaptive cruise in my truck unless the sensor is covered in snow. Just tested mine with my gps again this morning all works good.

Are you saying that you drive your 2023 Tacoma equipped with either the Rough Country or Hypertech device at let’s say 55MPH or 90KPH for Canada and you turn the Adaptive cruise control on that:
•The analog needle points to the correct selected speed
•The middle digital “Large” speed display between the Tachometer and the analog speedometer displays the same speed
•The “smaller” cruise control speed display just below and to the right of the Outside Temperature display shows the same speed
•Your GPS also displays the same speed within reason
    ???
Can you try this out on the non-Adaptive cruise control as well ?

Yeah thats what I'm saying I see with my hypertech. all of them read the speed I set it to as per my gps. I've only used normal cruise a handful of times and it read accurate too. Is this a common issue? My truck is manual also, not sure how that would change anything but around here we have to tell everyone about it ;)

I just installed the RC calibration tool this weekend on my '23 TRD Sport because I went up to 275/70R17's from the 265's. I noticed that before the calibration tool my speed was pretty much spot on compared to GPS, but the odometer read a mile short for every 8 I drove (My commute to work). My usual trip home of 7.9-8 miles read 6.9. I connected the unit and input my tire size(which the software put the tire size as 32.16"), and installed it this weekend. I'm now showing my speedometer is now reading about 1-2 mph over the GPS speed, but the odometer readings are perfect. Should I change the size on the module to make it a little smaller (like 32.1") and see if I can get the speedo to show exact?

I also just made a 64 mile trip up the highway, and used the cruise and adaptive cruise, with no issues. Everything seemed to work as it did before the new tires. The speed on the dash and analog gauge was correct and the adaptive cruise did everything it did before, speeding up and slowing down as I drove 32 miles up I-85 out of Atlanta and back.
