That's good to know. I have been looking for a reasonable priced bumper (used) but I like the idea of new for this price plus some experience building it.
Monica and I need to get down there. The kids are almost a year old already! This winter has flown by.

I know it was snowing a lot so it was hard to see but the Land Cruiser's front bumper was a weld it yourself kit from Coastal as well -

Idk what happened to me but buttered toast has been my thing since the divorce. Some Dave's Killer bread, fuck me. Have toast with most meals these days.

Dave's is good as hell too

Funny you mention butter toast; on and off for about a year I've been craving buttered toast with jam on it

    The combination is so good

My mom grew up poor so she was pretty stingy with snack foods around the house, for years her idea of a treat for us as kids was "grammies and icing", basically just graham cracker with a dollop of Betty Crocker chocolate icing on it

hated it as a kid but I'd be lying if I said I never make them from time to time now lol.

I bought some jam at the store but ALWAYS forget to throw it on. In fact I just moved it from the cupboard to next to the toaster for next time

I tried some regular wheat bread for toast and ended up throwing that shit away and went across town to get Dave's bread though. I have a backup load frozen. I need to find a place closer to home, the trip for bread is 30 miles round trip :anonymous:

Funny how things we hated as kids become enjoyable as adults. Naps, cleaning, spanking.

It's true, we just got a new Dyson V10 vacuum cleaner (had to upgrade with Dex's crazy ass shedding), I was so excited to use it for the first time

You never have enough vacuums! Monica asked for one for Christmas. I thought it was a trap.

I've got the V8, it's a godsend for keeping the apartment clean with the dog. Do yourself a favor and look into the adapters for using power tools batteries. I use my Milwaukee ones, last waaaaay longer.

haha, when Rebecca and I first started dating she told me the only thing she never wants to receive as a gift are household appliances. Then a year or two later she asked for kitchen knives or something, I forget what it was. I stewed over it for days wondering if it was a trap but learned it's OK as long as it's requested, just not as a surprise lol.
