    getting to work this morning was fun, took the Tacoma because Sofia wasn't ready for school in time for me to leave. Freaking water coming up in waves over the truck half the way there. We had some crazy storms last winter but I don't remember it raining this hard for 2 straight days like this.

    supposed to let up soon, I think we are getting off and on rain for the next few days but the main storm heads south from here

    it's a welcome change after 10+ years of drought

    although after 2 winters of this I bet our next dry season will lead to an epic fire season with all the new fuel to burn, so there's that to look forward to
