Noticed my fender liner was all jacked up. I tried removing that Phillips head screw and putting it behind it but it pops right back out. I bent it and got it up there as much as possible. Just send it?

I think your fender liner is indeed "jacked up". Looks like it has torn away if I'm seeing things correctly.

Check if this push clip is loose. If it is, replacing it will help keep the fender liner in place:

You will then realize replacing that clip is a pain in the ass. Replacing the whole fenderliner involves replacing ~15 of those clips.

Thanks man, I’ll go check. I didn’t see that one! Did see the one on the fender edge it’s in there, looks like this liner is bent. Is it plastic or thin metal? Almost feels like a really thick plastic or thin metal, wonder if I can shape it with a heat gun once the weather warms up

It's plastic. Compare against the driver's side to see if it's gotten an extra bend or kink in it.

Where are you at in Michigan? I have a brand new one ( passager front inner wheelwell ) in my pole barn. You can have for free. I'm in the U.P.
