I need a rebuilt motor and trans, wondering if Blue Cross will cover it?

Wife is in Florida for the week. Just babysitting KODA
He is a lot to handle . Constantly wants to play and we walk about 3 miles a day . He’s 14 months old now !

I'm 60+ and bet most those here are. So we qualify for that slow walk.

 

57 not my age, just that number on my drivers license

 

Waaaay back when I was in the area there was quite some talk of water quality in the Butte area due to the history there. That still an issue?

 

I think that once you reach 50+, any and all documents that ask for age should have two sections: Physical age, and mental age. Just makes sense.

 

That would make it twice as bad. Lol

Oh crap! Now you are asking for statistics, with an average age.

Although when I think about it, stats may be fun as once you get to 50+, "mean age" takes on a whole new interpretation.

 

Take the actual number and divide in half, close enough

That's about how I walk after getting up out of bed or after sitting in my recliner . Also watching me getting in and out of my Camaro climbing over the door bars of my roll cage is fun to watch

I’m sure the story is the same everywhere but some things went on here that you can’t get away with today. Rivers flows redirected so hydroelectric dams could be located near towns with textile mills. Treatment facilities for textile mills that supposedly treated and returned water to the Catawba River that smelled very much like raw sewage downstream of the outlet pipes. A recent project has returned the flow to the old river channel in this area to make a place for whitewater kayakers and there is talk of another state park. The channel has been closed off for a little over a hundred years. I’m not sure if the dam above it was opened in 1916 or construct started on it. But below that dam there has been a smaller dam diverting the water towards great falls and another hydroelectric dam cutting off the old channel. They didn’t take it completely down but worked on the channel and parking and other things. Then they opened up a section in the middle it appears to be at least class 3 at the opening you can see that part from the bridge below the dam. Had it not been for the tourist attraction angle I’m not sure it would have gained any traction to restoring flow to the natural channel though.
