Deaver stage 3s don't flex well (low arch), so I would go 12" and I recommend smooth body with comp adj.
Your 3.5" BS/35" combo would likely require 3/4" spacer for smooth body, and at least 1.25" for bypasses if you follow our recommendations of tubes centered forward towards engine.
Don't put tubes out towards tire

    Good morning @ARCHIVE !
When setting up the lower shock mounts the instructions say to orient them at 0° but does the truck have to be at 0° as well? Do I make sure the flat part of the frame is at 0° first? My truck will be on jack stands but the driveway isnt level at my house.

That is only an approximate angle to reference, you need to set it up off max bump height, and depends on the parts you're putting together

Anyone running 2.5” relocation w/ icon rxt’s on hammer hangers 265/75r16’s 4.5 backspace 0 offset? I’d love to get away with no spacer if able and eventually switch to 255/85’s when the current tires wear out.

Thanks a lot! I put the order for the shock towers and the hammer hangers with x-tube through Shaffer's Offroad (NorCal) last week. Will post pictures once they are on the truck!

I saw a third gen the other day with 5160s mounted up. I was hoping I could catch the person on here, but haven’t had luck. If you ever see this truck around, stop them. I was leaning kings, but after seeing the bilsteins, I’m thinking about going that direction. IMG_2045.jpg

I'm wondering what leaf springs allow the most droop when using this setup. I've been looking at the deaver N98 pack that accutune sells. Would that allow the full 12 inches of the shock to be utilized? Or should I keep looking.

Most aftermarket springs pull 12" travel
You have to pick a spring for what weight truck has. J66/N98 is super soft even for a stock weight truck based off customers results

I really like the archive towers paired with my chevy springs. Neither my custom alcans or my dakars could utilize 14" of travel even with a shackle flip. It's a lot more work, but I am pleased with the setup.

IMG_7497.jpg I love the added flex and ability to haul a ridiculous amount of weight.

I just installed the archive relocation kit with md duty archive springs and have a lot of vibration in 1st gear that progressively gets better the faster I go. I already have a carrier bearing drop and just had my joints and carrier bearing replaced a few months ago. What’s the fix for this? An angled shim?

Do you have any driveshaft vibration?

@ARCHIVE do you know if these will work Kings Over Cylinder Top Cap? Was thinks 14" short body, plus that top cap, and you should be able to keep the bottom shock mount fairly level to maintain ground clearance.
