    Yeah I’d like it a lot better at about half the price, pretty expensive for what you get. If I didn’t already have it I’d be tempted with the IC7 and custom dash insert.

    I believe so, I will need to check to make sure.

    Thanks, the only hiccup I've had so far is when cold it looses cam or crank signal above 4K. It may be a safety limiter in the software, or the sensors are on their way out.

    You can add a temperature axis to the trigger threshold maps and try a lower voltage

    If you look in the temperature setup numbers there are trigger settings that can be adjusted at different rpm’s but I would leave it as it is, it’s there to not let you go WOT till it’s warmed up.

    Are you talking about the rev limiter based on temperature, because yeah you can adjust the main RPM limiter pretty easy.

    Yup, you can adjust limiter trigger (rpm’s) depending on what temperature values you setup as the engine warms up before getting to operation temperature

    That's a very weird way to explain it but I get what you mean, @TMFF check your tune's Main Limiter - End RPM first before we adjust trigger voltages just in case someone set a really low warmup rev limit or something funky

    Afterward we could tweak the voltages for your trigger system but depending on the code you're getting there is a good chance a change to a fresh sensor would solve it anyway.

    I still have AFR issues under 2k RPM. Just need to spend some cold starts dialing in the low-temp enrich %s properly since the ECU can't long term correct on those. They're too rich now and the correction that does exist is bleeding into my up-to-temp fuels, causing lean. Cranking also still sometimes randomly doesn't start the engine until I release the key and RPMs drop almost to 0.

    Also, the auto trans is being problematic. Since the stock ECU can shift whenever it feels like, if it does so when I'm not expecting it in relatively high boost, I get a plume of smoke and jerkiness due to sudden rich condition on the up-shift. The reprogramming kit I put in I'm sure isn't helping that with the faster shift. The proper fix would be to move to HT trans control and drop the wastegate DC slightly before a shift (in lieu of having electronic throttle control)... This I'll just have to live with for a while though

    I turned off long term trim during post start correction and obviously during warm up just to avoid this. A few drives and you'll have it sorted. Obviously want your warm up to be a bit rich because cold engine and you don't want to stumble but shouldn't be hard to get close with guesses.

    With HT trans control you shouldn't even need to dump the WG duty, you can program a dip in timing instead which is way easier for the ecu to adjust and recover from.

    Even the factory ECU does that, A340 portion of ECU says ("oi time for a bit of a shift innit?") and the ECU retards a few degrees sends a confirmation signal and the shift then occurs. In case you weren't aware the A340 control portion of the stock ECU is a cockney brit.

    Many modern cars do the same thing though on boosted models as well. My 135i did it, it's what made that sweet shift sound going gear to gear with the DCT... it's also what every modern Hemi Mopar does that makes farting noises on upshift haha.
