Prinsu racks, cab and top, light bar, rear and side roof rack lights, ARE Camper shell, blackout, TRD Grille, Anytime front and rear cameras, Truck bed box (DIY) Bilstein 5100 front, OME 2885 Coils, Ikon Stage 2 Rear AAL
Nice work! What is the small attachment towards the rear of the rack (near the chase lights) with the Prinsu logo on it? Also, "Well boys and girls, that’s a wrap. I can confidently say that my build is complete."

You funny, ARDrummer, these builds are never complete:

So many pages to read through but is there any important tips or pointers to when installing? I am passing along to my shop who will do all the installation so i want to make it as smooth as it possibly can be

Has anyone mounted recovery boards, a Plano case (or another brand) and water Rotopax all at the same time? I’m thinking of buying some Rotopax for water. I usually have a 5 gallon Jerry can but I’m looking to buy carry a bit extra water. Usually the 5 gallon is fine for myself but I’m going camping with extended family for a couple days and the extra water could come in handy. I’d carry an extra Jerry can but the beds already looking tight as I’m carrying all their extra gear as well.

Rotopax sells a mount you can use, then just use short carriage bolts and it'll work. Little hard to see on mine (silver 1st gen) but I've got plano, traction boards and rotopax and I'm skinnier than yours

Those with Plano/pelican gun cases, do you usually keep them on full time? My truck is my daily, and I’m putting on one this weekend for a camping trip next week. I’ve seen some installs and they recommend some sort of sealant, but I’m wondering how it would effect removing/installing each time over time.

I take mine on and off frequently. I used a stainless steel washer and rubber fender washers (that fit tight on my 1/4-20 bolts used to hold it on) both under the case and inside the case. Have seen zero water/dust intrusion, and I live in the PNW. It also possible I over tighten the bolts, causing the rubber washers to be a tighter seal.

Full time here even through the winter months. I used rubber washers when I mounted mine. Have not had any water get it so far.

With the new pro ones. How do we order the inside of the out rail white? I don’t see the option on the website. It’s just black or white for the whole thing

Prinsu Pro rack will be here today. I also got a Cali raised 43" dual light bar (if they ever mail it) and (4) Baja rock lights for the sides-two each side.
Question is are the Baja rock lights going to be bright enough for use as a camp light? i looked for videos but not much out there.

Has anyone had issues mounting their racks with the new style cross bars? I purchased a topper rack and cab rack that came with the new bars. The mounting feet provided with the topper rack were not compatible with the new style cross bars as there are no longer slots on the bottom side of the bars. I received the new feet they designed for the new bars, but there are no updated installation instructions on how to install them. Very frustrating considering I assembled the whole goddamn rack using the thread locker only to find out that their instructions are not based on the new bars or mounting solution that they provided.

Only thing I can say is that it looks like the new style mounts on the side rails like this. I'm guessing your top rack side rails don't have bolt holes that correspond to this? Probably because they didn't design the side rails to match the new feet, or they sent you the wrong ones.
