I am selling my ARE contractors cap. This cap was originally on a 1994-2004 Chevrolet S10 pickup, which came with a bed that narrows toward the end.
The front of the cap is 62-3/8” wide, the rear is 59-5/8” wide.
I modified the rear section to fit into the tailgate area of a 1st Gen Tacoma, with a tailgate opening of 54-3/8” width and 18-1/4 height. I added a 1” aluminum angle to the front of the cap to give a better seal area at the front of the bed. I never had a single drop of water ever get into the bed.
The driver side and rear door have shorter hydraulic lift struts to keep the doors open at a lower angle. There are several ¼” nutzerts in the ceiling for adding accessories. I used them for RAM mount balls for phone and tablets use. There are eight holes drilled in the passenger door, I had axe and shovel mounts on that door.
I have really enjoyed this cap, it has given me a lot of quiet, dry and warm nights out camping in AZ, UT, NM and CO. It is completely insulated, a front sliding window, roof tracks, passenger side awning mounts and a 110 watt solar panel. It has interior LED lights and a small roof fan. It has new gas struts all around.
    Four bed clams included.
    Carpeted bed kit included.

It is located in the White Mountains.

    Great for camping and overlanding.

It is located in the White Mountains and I am asking $1000.00 OBO

Is it actually 3 phase or just 240v like a electric dryer?

I'm trying hard to decipher the narrowback info in the name plate. Looks like its just a 240v single phase plug to me but I'm just a dumb lineman. Not an "electrician"

Its a 3 phase 240V, comes from the store with the 4 wire out the back. I'm no electrician, but 4 wires = 3 phase. Possibly already sold on the Ebay

Working in a machine shop I'm sure you're right. My expertise ends at the electric meter.

That sticker is in German to me.. All i know is to hook it up like the other and if its missing a wire to ask a question and make sure 120v-220v-240v. Im greener than grass when it comes to wiring lingo. I can draw a wire diagram and put together a control box from a diagram but how it all "flows" can be over my head! I'd like to ride shotgun with you on a job, That seems very interesting to me and. Being as the wire doesn't know what color it is I can see it being very challenging.

Its very boring 95% of the time and that 5% that it is exciting is because the magic electric pixies are trying to murder you lol

thats a single phase plug pictured, so hopefully its a single phase machine, the 4th wire doesnt mean 3 phase as the spade config is different between the two so they dont get mixed,,, the 4th wire on single phase was a NEC thing in 1996, it simply added a ground wire.
