The least expensive 2024 Nissan Frontier crew cab is the S trim that starts at $32,840; opting for four-wheel drive adds $3000.

So that would put the Forsberg Nissan at 45,840 when you add the 10K to that (not 55.6) IF you paid MSRP for the truck to begin with (that is a big if with Nissan)...And since you can put it on any truck 22 or newer, you can get it added to a low mileage used truck if you want as well. They did run that package 500 miles at Baja so it can hold up a little while I guess.

So I guess when you look at it in total, is difference in capability worth 20K (est)

 

I just watched the video. I’m surprised how unenthusiastic they are for the truck. Usually people are pretty excited for a new vehicle at first and it takes awhile to find the negative things about it. Maybe the high price is playing a big role in it.

They literally said they loved the ride minus a few things . I bet once they get the hybrid pro they will sound more excited for you

 

Depends on if they have to shell out 70 grand for it, the higher the price the more scrutiny it will come under.

 

It’s not just what they said it’s how they reacted to it. I’ve watched a shit ton of TFL videos and can tell when they really like a vehicle or not. They were very Meh about it.

 

I will admit...I was stoked to find a truck today that was for sale even when it showed a dealer hold on it. I was pumped making the 30 mins drive.....in only 20. Just the wow factory was not there. I would be shocked if everyone can't find one for test drive in the next 2 or 3 weeks and decide for themselves. I was the 4th person to test drive it but no buyers yet. Maybe the 3 before me did not want an SR5? I was shocked that this dealer was not doing any ADM when they were known for 10K ADM on the Tundra and 20K on the Tundra Pro.

 

It's not going to be 70 grand for fuck sakes lol...in canada yes but not the US

 

After paying taxes, title, and license fees it will be damn close.

If the non hybrid OR is $55K then the pro has to be $10K more. Then you have what ever bullshit dealer accessories and paint protection, etc. they force on you. The truck someone here is buying has $4K of crap added to it. They will definitely be in the $70K range.

 

The starting price doesn’t mean shit anymore. The actual out the door price after all the BS is added is what matters.

 

You act like no dealer does msrp in the US . Ben hardy would say other wise . My point is they can't shoot themselves in the foot by being more expensive

 

I just built an Off Road with premium package and a couple small options like floor mats and a bed mat and you are right it was more than 55 grand, its not a stretch at all to think with the extra added shit plus the hybrid will bump the Pro another 10K.

 

Not many dealers are going to be MSRP on a new model halo truck. Plus the port is adding a bunch of BS before the trucks even get to the dealers whether you want it or not.

 

I backed out of a potential deal today because of dealer added options. This is the stupidest one of them all for me. They call it Brake. Every time you brake your brake lights flash 4 times. I’ve seen them before on others trucks and I hate it. Maybe others like it but to me it was enough to be a deal breaker

 

I feel that all that would do is potentially trigger whoever is behind you into road-raging your ass.

 

It’s the stupidest option I’ve ever seen. They lost a sale over it so it is what it is
