Cycle the kit with the timbrens installed and see where it's going to fully bump out at and make sure those timbrens are long enough

And like I said if you're running a standard 8" coilover the shock isnt going to be the limiting factor with these kits.

I welded about a 2 inch spacer to my frame and just used my wheelers superbumps.

Anyone notice how the LCA pivot bolt is making contact with the CV dust cover? Anyone figure out a fix for that?

Post a pic, you could shave a few mm off the top of the bolt head.for clearance.

Sourced all the hardware from allpro. Threw the original bolts in the trail bag as spares.

The included 1/2" x 2 bolts for the lower shock mount are short, yes the mounts are going to suck in some but not enough to catch the nylon insert on the nut. Go and get yourself some 1/2" x 2-1/2 grade 8 bolts and some stainless steel nylok hex nuts.

Got the truck buttoned up today, the poly performance taco tabs - camber set to the neutral setting, caster maxed out @ furthest outboard position. Drives great, looks good, has more clearance between the ground and the LCA compared to the TC kit that used to be on this and is now on my 4runner. Just need to set the toe, burn in the reservoir mounts, add some bumpstop spacers and adjust preload accordingly.

Despite the small things I've mentioned about the hardware, the fit and finish of the kit exceeds my expectations, for a thousand bucks you can't beat it. Now will it hold up in the desert?? Only time will tell, will update as needed.

Ah makes sense I wonder if it's just a fuzz shorter. It just needs to clear barely right?

yeah it just needs enough clearance to not rub. Yours will probably self-clear lol

I sent an email out to all pro about it. hopefully they actually respond. it would be nice if extended travel shocks could work since I will not sell my kings (gift from wife). if I hear good news back I think ill sell my current arms for the depo LT kit

The kit comes with limit straps. yes it'll work with it just have to limit droop. Its designed to work with 8" coilovers. Actually they are Total Chaos LT spec Kings. Even have the Total Chaos tags on them. BTW Allpro/Trailgear have great customer service from personal experience. GL!

I finally got bigger tires 2020 Long Travel Tacoma 1997 MAGNUM
I've been running mid travel coilovers on a 3.5" kit for a good 8 months. Mid travel coilovers will work while you wait for 8" ones. Run it
