Installed some on a 3rd Gen Runner. Felt/looked quality. Owner hasn't had any issues. Boots were an issue for a bit but that was a couple years ago now. They had sent replacements to customers that had issues free of charge as well. Quality arm at a good price comparingly.

 

People complain that you can only get red.

The Ironman ones are supposed to be good. They had a recall though - not sure if it was the Tacoma model or another application.

There is an art studio in Loveland that called today and wants to display part of my LEGO collection. Maybe I'll attach price tags to them...

 

I've got about 55,000 miles on mine. The early ones did have some issues but the issues have been resolved. The early ball joints rusted but that only impacted the outside coating. They fixed this by ceramic coating them then said if you purchase new ones and return your old ones they would refund your money for the new ones so I got the new ones. I also replaced the bushings with the new style bushings but didn't really need to. I did this because I like the design of the newer ones as they have grooves for the grease. No complaints here just keep them greased up and you will be fine.

I did too and if ever needed the ball joint can be replaced easily and pretty much any auto parts stores carry a replacement. You probably won't ever need it but it's nice to know.

 

Who has a mechanic recommendation in the Denver area?

 

In general or for a specific job like engine rebuild or transmission valve body upgrade?

 

Two main concerns. Need to get my alignment serviced and I have a mystery popping sound I haven’t been able to identify.

 

Didn't think it would be all that difficult waiting for those RCI sliders to get built, but... here I am... just waiting.

 

If it’s not too late to cancel, you’d be better off with another brand that has more coverage. Or even one of the used sets in the trading post.

Tru Automotive on Mississippi and Sante fe is a good place to go, was gonna set up an alignment with them.Toyota based guys
