I like April or May

 

This is a good goal to shoot for

 

So looks like April for Wind Rock.

Now we can narrow down to dates. Are we just doing a weekend? Or more days. Like four or something?

 

We should look at thier schedule to see if they have events or competitions scheduled. They do host national competitions. They also were closed for a while with wildfires last year. I'll try and look tomorrow afternoon.

 

Quick look at Winrock, April 20 is an event called the "Shindig" with a concert. Camping and cabins may be tough to get that weekend.

 

It's about 7 hours from my place, so two travel days.

 

I would say at least 4 days, 2 of those for travel down and back and the rest to play.

 

Is April 12-15th doable for everyone?

Man, I was looking at the price of the cabins. A little crazy. I may do a nearby hotel. Not sure yet. Tent camping is considerably cheaper, but I'm not sure I want to do that for three days.

 

I'll have to see the leave calendar at work and double check with Gwen to make sure there is nothing else going on.

Not me unfortunatley, I have a dog sitting gig that spans that time. Don't change plans just for me though.

 

Nick says wind rock is going to be nothing but mud in April. Doesn’t scare me but something to consider

 

I like mud.

Until I have to clean it off. They have a rinse off station for motorcycles. Maybe we can muscle in.

 

I tried that once. Now my knee hurts.

I'm at work tomorrow, I'll know what the schedule looks like. Nothing official as the boss is on leave. If there isn't a day shifter scheduled off, I should be good.

 

What do you guys think about going mid week?

I'm fine with mid-week. Thought a weekend would be easier for you.

And yeah I'll split one a thems big 'uns.

 

That week looks good for me, and I’m good with splitting a big ‘’un too.

 

My regular days off are Tue-Thur, so midweek works if I can get the weekend off.

What's this big house? Link? Spouses going or guys club? (So I have info for Gwen, I don't care either way.)
