I mean to be fair I never said I poked it, nor has anything out of the ordinary happened to it. I believe stressing the fabric is just part of a normal install process. I can’t imagine a “gentle” install of a seat cover that fits so tightly. And if clazzio decided against making things right for me then they should let me know. Ignoring your customers’ calls and e-mails is pretty non pro if you ask me.

PS nothing looked out of the ordinary after I put these things on. The install went very similar to how other videos went that I watched prior to doing it myself. There were no stress marks, tears etc.

I don't disagree. I would have hoped for better customer service, even if their responseto you is to "pound sand". I'd try to reach out again. If that fails to elicit a response, then you could try to reach out via their social media accounts. That tends to escalate these issues to a point where they'll respond. Stay polite and factual, and you may get a favorable outcome.

Exactly. That’s where I’m at. I would have much preferred even a text back like hey we decided you should go F yourself or whatever. And honestly when I have chatted with someone they’ve been SUPER cool to work with, so the radio silence seems strange? I’ll keep calling

Hey, OP. FYI, if you click the "quote" button in the lower right hand corner of a member's post, it will tag the person and let them know you replied. It's also helpful for others as it let's us know who you're talking to.

    Stick with me here…

Are you wearing the right size jeans? Do you wear those super stiff wrangler cowboy jeans? Looks like your belt is working too hard and your back belt loop is all wonky and putting a little extra wear on that spot. Not enough for a puncture, but many miles and many times in/out, it’s feasible…

I rock a 30x32, my legs are just baaaaarely longer than my gut is wide. A real achievement. But no I wear whatever cheap jeans target sells. They feel pretty… average. But I like the like outside the box thinking. I’m here for it

    LS1 swap with nitros.
How long is their warranty for? If you used Amex or possible any other cc you may have a longer warranty period. I have used my Amex account to give me a refund on things that have failed… and they double the warranty period. Worth a shot.

Sorry but that's straight up neglect! I have been using the leather Clazzios in our two Tacoma trucks and we had a crack develop on my Son's with some crack, Clazzio stepped up and sent a new bottom asap. I can tell you that after 6 years on mine they look like new and they are conditioned with a quality leather conditioner now my Son treated his like twice a year and they don't even look like that. Katskins on the few Tacoma trucks I have seen don't look very good on the driver's seat where entry wear is noted. Good luck!

    I think it’s a 1 year warranty. That’s a good call. I should go check how I paid. I think it might’ve been a PayPal transaction

LOL, so you'll write off a brand based on a single negative review on an internet forum by someone you've never met, where you're not privy to any of the communication? OK.

Maybe 270 pages of positive comments will provide some assurance? https://www.tacomaworld.com/threads/clazzio-leather-seat-covers.414702/

FWIW,, 5% of all reviews for Wet okole are 1-star, and most of them complain about waiting for delivery and/or no customer service response. https://customerreviews.google.com/v/merchant?q=wetokole.com&c=US&v=19&hl=en_US&rf=ONE_STAR

Better hope you don't have problems with your existing covers!
